Abstract:
The Faculty of Pharmacy Dean's Office at Gazi University organized the '1st Symposium on Disaster and Emergency Pharmacy' in collaboration with the Association of Disaster and Emergency Pharmacy as part of our University's 100th Anniversary Events. Within the scope of the event, aimed at increasing awareness among pharmacy students from our Faculty of Pharmacy as well as undergraduate and graduate students from other faculties, discussions were held on the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in current disaster situations, as well as disaster relief policies. Valuable information and experiences were shared among all the speakers, panelists, association members, and relevant experts who participated in this significant event, and important topics were addressed.
