Proje Özeti

The aim of this study is to investigate whether there are different levels of performance improvement among individuals according to ACTN3 rs1815739, ACE In/Del, AGT rs699, COL1A1 rs1800012, IL6 rs1800795, PPARA rs4253778 and CYP1A2 rs762551/rs2069514 gene polymorphisms in response to exercise program in professional football players. Within the scope of this main target, polymorphic variants of ACTN3, ACE, AGT, COL1A1, IL6, PPARA and CYP1A2 genes in the group (n=25) to be included in the aforementioned study, in response to 48-week anaerobic/aerobic training practices (6 sessions of 90 minutes per week). It is aimed to comparatively examine their effects on performance improvement rates and the different results of their interactions with each other.
