Özet

Cavernous sinus is an uncommon site of metastasis for the head and neck tumors, and especially for the tumors of parotid gland. The case reported here is the second reported case of parotid carcinoma metastatic to the cavernous sinus, proven by histopathology. Also it is the first reported parotid gland acinic cell carcinoma metastasis to the cavernous sinus. © Springer 2005.
