© Copyright 2021 by Turkish Society of Dermatology and VenereologyMerkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is an aggressive and uncommon primary cutaneous neuroendocrine cancer. With unknown pathogenesis, immunosuppression, ultraviolet radiation, Merkel cell polyomavirus, and arsenic exposure are the risk factors. Reported here is a rare case of MCC developing on a scar tissue.
