Tracheal lipoma is an extremely rare benign tracheal neoplasm. This report has presented a case with a diagnosis of asthma due to progressive dyspne of 2 years who presented with tracheal lipoma with 90% obstruction of the lumen. Despite being a rare entity, tracheal lipoma should be considered particularly for the differential diagnosis of obstructive bronchopulmonary diseases which do not respond to bronchodilatory therapy.
