Özet

Objective In Turkey, compassionate use (CU) programmes were started in 2006. Patients suffering from a serious or urgent life-threatening disease, who have not responded to currently licensed and available medicinal products, who have not been enrolled in related clinical studies and who need access to products that are unlicensed in Turkey, but which are licensed/not licensed in other countries, can apply to CU programmes. These were described with the last guidelines of the Compassionate Use For Humanity Program in 2009.
