Özet:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of stannous fluoride and ZOE as filling materials in indirect pulp capping. The study was performed on 67 teeth of 62 patients. The first group of 32 teeth was treated with 10% SnF2 and the other 35 with ZOE, Tissue samples were collected from carious dentine before treatment and at the 6- and 12-month visits. Inorganic phosphorus content of dentinal samples was measured. There were no statistically significant differences in the longterm effectiveness of remineralization between both groups of treated teeth (p > 0.05).
