Abstract

© 2016 Turkish Society of Cardiology.Reverse Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy (RTC) is a rare condition characterized by systolic dysfunction of the basal segments of the left ventricle in the absence of obstructive coronary artery disease. The case of a 50-year-old woman with RTC following intra-abdominal surgery is described in the present report.
