Cellulitis is a common infectious disease in the community which can successfully be treated with appropriate antibiotics. Skin involvement of haematologic malignancies should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients who do not respond to antimicrobial therapy. Here we report two patients diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and diffuse large B cell lymphoma initially presenting as cellulitis.
