Özet

Hypotensive episodes in patients receiving platelet concentrates through white-cell reduction filters have been reported previously. We have observed hypotensive reaction similar to those reported in the literature following random donor platelet transfusion using bedside white cell-reduction filter in a chronic lymphocytic leukemia patient who was treated with ACE inhibitor for her systemic hypertension.
