Abstract

Primary appendiceal tumors are rare clinical and radiological entities. We report 4 cases including muscinous cystadenoma associated with pseudomyxoma peritonei, muscinous cystadenoma associated with mucocele, lowgrade muscinous neoplasia associated with appendicitis in elderly patients, and carcinoid tumor associated with appendicitis in a young adult.
