Abstract

Some 4-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-ones were synthesized and evaluated for their antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Compounds 9, and 10 exhibited the best activity against Candida albicans. Copyright © 2000 Elsevier Science S.A.
