Özet

Takayasu arteritis is a chronic systemic vasculitis that affects the aorta and its main branches. The first presentation of this disease with acute stroke is a very rare condition. We report a case of Takayasu's arteritis presenting with acute stroke in a young woman with its angiography findings and endovascular treatment.
