Özet

Anthrax is primarily a disease of herbivores which can be transmitted to

humans. It was one of the first zoonoses described. Currently, anthrax

has assumed greater importance as a result of the potential use of Bacillus

anthracis spores as an agent of bioterrorism and biological warfare.
